Nursing Home (Skilled Nursing) Care
Our Nursing Home care is for those who need assistance with the activities of daily living whether for long term care or short term care while recovering or undergoing rehabilitation. Our nursing home, rehabilitation facility and Alzheimer's/Dementia unit are all part of our Skilled Nursing services.
Together with residents and their families, we have a proud tradition of creating a community for productive living filled with warmth, humor and peace of mind. Our nurses have the specialized training necessary to provide wound care, IV therapies and post surgical care—all while not forgetting how important it is to include kindness and encouragement. We provide 24-hour skilled nursing care staffed by Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses around the clock.
Our team of health care professionals meets with each resident and family members to develop an individualized plan of care. As needs change, the care plan is adjusted accordingly with resident and family participation in regular resident conferences. Our in-house physical, occupational, and speech therapists continually monitor resident needs and goals, and we provide home safety assessments to ease the transition back home (if a short term stay).
The key to our excellent care reputation is exceptionally low staff turnover and constant in-service training. Our competitive wages and on-campus Children's Day Care and Learning Center are central to attracting experienced, talented caregivers. We use no agency subcontracted staff, so residents and rehab clients benefit by receiving care from professionals they get to know like family.
